The experience behind Griffin Works spans more than 30 years across residential, commercial and industrial construction, film and television, live events and hospitality. It ranges from leading a forty-person team on specialist fire-protection works at Hong Kong International Airport, Chek Lap Kok, to high-value residential renovations in central London and discreet work for private and high-profile clients.

Screen, stage and event work has included a full-size Spitfire for Foyle’s War; a lighthouse set for the Demi Moore film Half Light; Disney stage productions; Marks & Spencer Christmas campaigns at Ealing Studios; Ford Focus commercials at Black Island Studios; Cancer Research UK sets; the Big Brother house and Big Brother’s Little Brother at Elstree Studios; 1940s street scenes for the Goodwood Revival; and exhibition stands, bespoke bars, private functions and charity catwalks at the Natural History Museum.

Other unusual commissions have included Japanese garden sets, a recreation inspired by Kyoto’s Ryōan-ji Zen rock garden, luxury hotel work in Reading and work for a private members’ club in Henley-on-Thames.
